Hey, so I have a two bedroom two bathroom that I currently reside in. I am looking to rent out my second bedroom and bathroom which at the time is not being occupied my ideal roommate is someone that is very chill down to earth takes care of their responsibilities, cleans up after themselves, even if they don’t like to wash the dishes, at least put them in the dishwasher not too many guests over during the week day I don’t mind pets you will have to pay a pet deposit if that’s what you want unfortunately there’s no smoking on the property but you can’t go to the rooftop. If you are 420 friendly or smoke friendly my complex is located right next-door to the round rock premium outlets really just looking for someone to share my space with that I can trust and possibly build a friendship.
