Room for rent in North Torrance
Hello, we are looking for a roomate to occupy our available room in our North Torrance home. My roomate Courtney & I are both very friendly and enjoy conversation but also enjoy our individual time as Well. We are looking for a female roomate, someone who is clean and drama free. I work for a luxury beauty line while Courtney works for a major motion picture studio. I have 3 small dogs who love lots of cuddles so a pet lover is a must. All utilities are included in the cost of rent as well as wireless internet. There is street parking in our residential area so we never have issues with that.
