This house is a beautiful 1930 abode house with original hardwood floors and sash windows. There is the original basement with a second bathroom which I have set up as my music room.
There is a furnished dining room and a furnished living room with a fireplace.

My parents own the house and are great landlords. The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a washer/ dryer too on the outside.

The house has a large yard both front and back which will be planted out with cactus once the weather allows.

Large covered patio with a Bar- B- Q grill. I am looking forward to creating some great outdoor spaces.

Parking for 3 cars on the driveway and lots of street parking.

The house is situated right next to the canal, with access to walking and biking trails. It's a stone's throw from the classic Red Devil restaurant on McDowell.
