I recently moved to Dallas for a job transfer and am looking forward to staying for at least the next few years. My job is partial telework, so I spend half my time working from home and have done some renovations, particularly networking. I'm hoping to find one roommate to help fill the other half of my house.

Looking for one roommate to move into my townhome, preferably a young professional or student!
All shared living areas are already furnished, so you only need to bring stuff for your bed and bath. Pets are not allowed with few exceptions, feel free to ask.
The townhome is located in a new neighborhood right off of President George Bush Toll Road, so you have easy access to the highway. The neighborhood is also right next to the Station in Sachse, so it is in a developing area with more shopping and entertainment being built currently.
Application fee is required to cover for background checks.
One month deposit is required upon move-in.
