Hello! My name is Amanda, and my boyfriend's name is Regan. I am a 32 year old physical therapist. I live in Salem and work in Newton. I have owned my home for a little over 3 years now, and absolutely love it. Regan is 33 and is a site supervisor at a quarry in NH. We have the sweetest and friendliest little cat named Betty. She is incredibly well behaved and ruins/scratches nothing but her own things. We are laid back, fun-loving, intelligent, goofy, personable, clean people. We have had roommates before, and we are looking for one again so that we can save some money for some of our future goals. Our place is a quick walk from the park, water, downtown, and truly anything you could possible need (public transportation, gas, food, grocery, gym, EVERYTHING)! We have 3 bedrooms (although we turned one into a home gym), and 2 bathrooms.

The home
We absolutely love our home. It has 3 bedrooms (though we converted one into a home gym), and 2 bathrooms. We also have a small balcony, a garage space, driveway space, and street parking. Our home has so much natural light and large windows. We like to keep it clean and tidy. We also have many plants that are very surprisingly still alive and living their best lives. We are a quick walk to a park, beach, downtown, and truly anything else you could want (public transportation, bike path, grocery store, restaurants, coffee, honestly anything and everything.) Our location is amazing, and the street is also very quiet for how close we are to other people and a main road. The house itself was a 3 family home that was gutted and turned into condos. I moved in just as soon as the renovation was done - so everything is updated with the exception of the beautiful natural wood floors.
