This is a private house. There are three adults , one who is in college. Most of the time we work from home. We rarely have guests over to visit. We are OK if you have an occasional guest prefer no overnighters. Our home is located in Northwest Arvada. The space for rent is the basement, it is open light and clean, has one bedroom a private bathroom, a living area/work room and a kitchenette with laundry. Although minimally furnished, we can remove or add some furnishings. The laundry will be shared along with two storage areas in the basement. Shared entryway. The community has walking trails, a lake for non-motorized watercraft, swimming pool and tennis courts. Close to shopping bike trails and not too far from Highway 36.
The price includes utilities. The space will not be available until around July as there are updates, which are being done this includes adding an egress window to the bedroom and other new windows, and completion of the kitchenette. The kitchenette will have an oven microwave sink with disposal. There is also a full-size refrigerator.
Also note that the majority of the living room in the basement has exercise equipment. This can be moved to the side or minimized , As we rarely have used but you are welcome to. If you would like to look at the space prior to it being completed or have questions, please reach out to me. Thank you.
