Spacious, bright and beautiful three bedroom apartment in Stuytown. Looking for someone to sublease one of the three bedrooms. The apartment has a beautiful living room and dining room, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen, and spacious closets for each bedroom. Laundry is in building. The two other roommates are Colgate University graduates (25-27 years old) and are welcoming, friendly, and clean girls! The entire apartment is furnished. The bedroom that I am subleasing is furnished as well - I am happy to leave my bedroom furniture or move it out - whatever is most convenient for the subleaser.
The apartment is right next to the L subway and a short walk to Union Square, where other subways are available. Stuytown has a beautiful gym, great outdoor space, pickleball courts, 24/7 security, and more.
The room is available starting end of February and can be subleased through October 1. Flexible on dates, so please let me know what works best for you.
