I have a medium-sized bedroom for rent, about 11’x11’ with a small closet. The bedroom is private with shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bathroom has a claw-foot bathtub and shower. There is a pantry off of the kitchen and a large storage room off of the living room. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of the building.
The building is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown (with restaurants, stores, and a library) as well as a park, the river, bike path, bus stops, and a skatepark. It is a 3 minute drive to Route 2, and a 5-minute drive to Greenfield and I-91. A 25 minute drive to UMass Anherst and to Northampton
References from previous roommates/landlords will be required. A background check would be appreciated, but not required.

I am a 32-year-old social work student. I like to listen to music, watch movies, hike, read, and spend time with friends. I work during the day, so the apartment is quiet at night.

I have an 8-year-old dog. He is very friendly. He is a schnauzer/poodle mix, so he does not shed and would not be a problem for most people allergic to dogs. He has never lived with another dog or cat, so I am not sure if a roommate with pets would be a good idea

The apartment is in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. The website gives very limited options for cities. Turners Falls is 30 minutes north of Springfield, MA and 80 minutes west of Worcester, MA.
