I am currently living in a rooming house here in Houston. I work at Benny Chows on Washington Ave as full-time Senior Bar Back. My hours are 3p-close Wed-Sun with Mon-Tues off. I do not drink nor do drugs of any kind; however, I'm not judge-y about alcohol or light drug use as long as it doesn't affect the peace of the house. I also quit smoking two months ago and now I only vape.

I am a cleanly individual; so, I do my part to keep my space and the common areas clean. I'm quiet and friendly yet very cognizant of boundaries. As such, I'm usually a light chit-chat type of person. When I'm not working, I'm usually working on my data analytics certificate or Excel certificate so I can re-enter the field of database maintenance.

My job is very hectic and stressful. So, I am looking for peace where I live. While I'm by-no-means a 'clean-freak', I don't like for my place of residence to look 'trashy'. I don't want to live in a museum; but, I also don't want bugs everywhere either. I also do NOT want to live with a person who has children as one of my roommates has a kid living in their room and the screaming from the kid and the parent is incredibly disruptive.

I do throw-in for communal incidentals. I clean up after myself. I keep my noise to minimum. Drama is nowhere on my list of things in which I'm interested. I'm craving peace and harmony.
