Your room is spacious and can most likely fit a king size mattress. It has closet space along with 3 standard size windows with a decent view. Apartment is located in a small building along with 2 other units (not-prewar) with great appliances: washer/dryer combo unit, dishwasher and plenty of cooking supplies to share - I just ask that you please tidy up after yourself in the kitchen. Landlord lives on first floor who is very sweet and prompt with the apt’s needs. Neighbors all keep to themselves and are quiet throughout most of the year. You will find that the apartment is located on a very peaceful block. If you have a car, parking is decent. Easily accessible to the 1 train (closest) and A train (6 blocks). Essential shops located very close by on St. Nicolas and Broadway: supermarket, pharmacies, etc. Located not far from the gorgeous Fort Tyron Park and Cloisters Museum.
$1150/month. Rent does not include heat, cooking gas and electricity.
