Very quiet environment. NOT a party house. NO drugs/smoking/vaping. No Pets.

400 sq ft. Casita ($1,200 month, $500 deposit, Month-to-Month signed lease).
Utilities included (AC and heat must be kept at reasonable temps: 78-82 in summer).
Casita is a studio with a kitchen (no stove), full sized refrigerator, small island with bar stools.
New queen sized bed included, room divider, chair, and coffee table.
Stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom.
Main house has a Pool, internet, trash, and casita renter can use the private side entrance.
