This is a 3rd floor walk up that comes with easy package delivery, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and 2 considerate housemates. Ideal housemate is LGBT friendly, supports black lives, believes in a cleaning schedule, doesn't smoke, and does not have a cat (allergic).
