You want to have people over it’s cool, just be civil with understanding I’m here to build a career and have the best life. The place is asking for about $1,551 a month the area is prime, unlimited parking, bad ass view of the city, right in lady bird lake, grocery stores legit down the street, accessible to all main highways. Paddle boarding storage, bike storage, kayak storage, huge bathrooms, awesome layout, you get the bay window looking over city/ auditorium shores! Your guest don’t have to worry about being towed, bad ass front desk people, Maitenance is ridiculous how quick they fix anything which nothing is ever broken, brand new washer/dryer! Place is going for $5,200 a month but I have it locked in at $3105 split you can do math.
