We are fun, easy-going but hardworking professionals looking for a similar third roommate. Dave has been here since January 2022 and Keesha since January 2023.
The place is a 2300 sq ft duplex with large yard just next to Regis University and the Clear Creek bike trail. It's a 2 minute drive to access I-70, and just 7-8 min drive to downtown.

- Great living space, big kitchen, garage and large fenced yard with doggy door big enough for Keesha's large white lab, Lucy, to get in and out.
- Neighbors in adjacent unit are also friendly young professionals with two golden retrievers

Hello! My roommate, Keesha, and I are career-driven transplants in our mid 30's looking for a third roommate. M - Th are pretty low key, early to bed, early to rise. Weekends are packed embracing Colorado: camping, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, bonfiring and live music.
Bedroom Options:
- Upstairs bedroom with shared bathroom: $650/mo
- Downstairs bedroom (personal bathroom, floor not shared with other roommates): $850/mo
Shared space: kitchen, living room, garage (storage), yard/patio
