4 Bedroom Apt has Room Available 9/1 in LBGTQIA+ friendly house!

We have a room opening up for 9/1 in a four bedroom apartment for 800 a month plus utilities (usually ranging from 65-85 dollars a month depending on the season but usually on the lower side) right next to Jackson Square, only about a five minute walk. Less than 10 minutes to get to Heath Street on the green line and close to many buses as well, and right across the street from the grocery store. As your roommates, we are all in our later 20s. Two of us have been living here for about five years and enjoy the apartment quite a lot. We are a queer woman, a nonbianry person, and a cis male (don't worry we vetted him before we let him in), and I will also say none of us are people of color although we do fully support them. We're a pretty laid back group who enjoy our alone time as well as hanging out and talking together. We're not big partiers, and we value communication especially during these strange COVID times. Our apartment is relatively spacious and we also have a backyard, and coin-operated laundry in the basement. We do have pets and unfortunately cannot accept any more (I have birds that stay exclusively in my room, we also have a dog and a cat), so this is a perfect house if you love pets but don't want the responsibility of one. The room requires first, last, and half security and you will have to be able to pass a credit check by the landlord or provide a cosigner.
