About Me

I'm a queer high school science teacher from a suburb of Philly. Outside of work, I'm into reading, playing soccer and pickleball, checking out museums, and surfing in the summer. I have two siblings, both of whom live in New York (one in Queens, one in Brooklyn). My boyfriend is moving to Boston, so I'll spend a fair amount of weekends visiting him. I'm looking for a July 1st move-in in East Harlem or Upper East side.

As Eamon's older sister, I can confirm I helped raise him right. He is respectful of other people's identities, time, and space. He is a good communicator and easy to talk about problems with. He is organized and considerate. He spends a lot of time quietly working and reading in his room but also enjoys hanging out at home with friends/roommates and going out. He keeps his living spaces pretty clean (not a neat freak but definitely cleans up after himself and keeps things organized).

I have known Eamon for over a decade and lived with him for many months throughout this time. In the time we lived together, he maintained a tidy room and always cleans up after himself. His current bedroom is well kept, as well as his shared kitchen space, and apartment as a whole. In terms of personality, Eamon is incredibly kind, hilarious, and respectful of others and their space. If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and trustworthy roommate, Eamon is a great pick.

We think Eamon’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…

Available Room for Rent

Bedroom sublet in beautiful 3br UES apartment

Posting on behalf of my roommate, Brendan:

Hey All! I’m looking to sublease my bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath apartment on East 95th street from July 1 - August 15th. The bedroom itself comes with a full bedframe, you just need to bring a mattress (there might be some flexibility here, DM me). The common spaces – kitchen, living area, and bathroom – will be fully furnished. Wash & dryer in unit. Super close to both the 4/5/6 and Q subway stations. Rent will be $1467/month ($2200 for the whole 1.5 months) or best offer.

Some background on the two other roommates: Eamon - 24, High school chemistry teacher is into reading, playing soccer and pickleball, checking out museums, and surfing in the summer.

Silas - 24, Reporter for a financial publication. I love adventuring around the city and being out and about, but also enjoy chill time, like watching a game, show or movie. I’m a huge sports fan, love sci-fi and cooking.

Please DM me if you're interested!
