Two rooms & a bathroom in N Decatur
Hi! We have two midsized rooms as well as a private bathroom available in our house. The house has a huge backyard, a patio, a deck, and tons of parking space. We are on a cul de sac and our next door neighbors raise sheep!
We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind living with a funny, easygoing kid. Maybe you’re someone who needs an office as well as a bedroom. Maybe you want to turn one of the rooms into your hobby space or your own living area. Maybe you’re another family with an only child. Who knows!
We would like someone to move in ASAP. Rent is $1500 including utilities. HOWEVER if you vibe well with us we can definitely negotiate this.
