Room has new carpet, new blinds on window, new ceiling fan with remote, and was recently painted. Room gets plenty of light, has large closet, high ceiling. Condo is 1 mile to RB Pier/beach, & is walking distance to several restaurants. The downstairs bedroom shares a large full bath with shower/tub (bathroom is shared with 1 other 40-something professional female). Kitchen is upstairs, fully equipped & has gas stove. Tenants are to have their own cookware and dishes/etc. Laundry room (washer/dryer) in condo on ground floor. Shared parking space in private garage & plenty of street parking. Moderate storage available in garage. One in-door only female cat lives here. Sorry, no other pets/animals allowed. This is quiet, serene home, not a party house. Please, no smoking/drugs.
