About Me

-27, work in tech, has a cat
budget: 1800 max, preferably less
-Lease ends at the end of March, looking for 3/15 start or earlier for the right person / right place
- my cat can get along with other cats and dogs but might slap a little at first
-420 and lgbtq+ friendly
-I can be a little messy in my own bedroom but keep shared areas very tidy
-value roommates that like my cat. pay rent on time, supports personal development / new hobbies, know when to give space, like to have fun. Would love to be friends with anyone I live with to make it a more homey environment :)
- I would love to have an extra bedroom or a basement for hobbies / extra space
- ideal locations along the L train, or Myrtle/broadway stop JMZ, East Manhattan, or midtown and below

Other

I like to play music, but I won’t be excessive about it and would love for someone that would like to sing along. I have a ukulele, electric guitar, and an electric drum set. I mainly stick to the ukulele, only playing an electric drum kit for 2-3 hours a week MAXIMUM with headphones, and never at unreasonable hours. The electric drum set is compatible with rockband where anyone can learn to play, and I am happy to share!

My cat can MEOW and while it’s full of love, would be best not to share a wall with a light sleeper. He has lived in places where he is confined to my bedroom but prefers when he can roam around shared spaces where the action is happening during the day.

I typically eat at work (I try to go in everyday) and rarely buy groceries or cook. I love going out but I don’t drink much. I don’t mind occasional guests (partner / out of town friends or family) so long as they are people you trust.. I keep quiet, but I grew up in a big family and don’t mind noise or accommodating special needs.

My maximum monthly budget 1,800
