I’m a 27 year old female looking for a roommate in Nashville, TN. I live in a condo right off of west end next to 440. In a very quiet, peaceful, and convenient location.
20 minutes to cool springs, 10 minutes from downtown, walking distance of sylvan park, and 5 minutes from St. Thomas hospital.
There is laundry in the basement of the condos, as well as storage room. (less than 20 units in the building).
I am a very laid back person (still like to keep things clean), I have a 4 year old rescue dog (terrier mix) and she is very sweet (people/animal friendly).
Would like to meet up with potential roomies via coffee, lunch, or dinner to discuss further details/inquiries.
