The owner does not have kids but has one cat. She values cleanliness, quiet spaces and goes to bed around 9pm each night and wakes around 4:30 am Monday-Friday. She is looking for a professional who values cleanliness, quiet as well, and who also sleeps during the night. If the roommate sleeps during the day and works at night, she will also be able to honor their sleep time by being quiet.
