Off the Myrtle Wykoff L/M trains and also near Seneca M train. We are near so many great places for food, bars, and coffee shops!
This is a lease takeover that would start as soon as possible and end on 9/1 2025. Applicants must make at least 40k a year and have a credit score of 650. Guarantors accepted.
I've attached recent photos but we are going to paint over the green walls and mural soon.
