We are a young outgoing laid back group of artist in our late twenties. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and the room for rent is the Master Bedroom that has a private entrance and private bathroom. There is a guest house in the back yard that is separated by the pool and a female artist in her twenties lives back there. We are an easy going group looking for a roommate on a month to month basis but would love to find someone who plans to stay for a longer term.

The room has vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a kitchenette indulging a full size refrigerator, hotplate and microwave. The bathroom has double vessel sinks and jetted bathtub. There is an ample street parking. This house is in a convenient location close to all Mayor Studios: Universal Studios HollywoodWarner Bros., Disney, NBC, Nickelodeon and New York Film Academy. Minutes away to all major freeways.

The house has is laid back easy going vibe with three guys in there late 20's and a girl in her late 20's that lives in the back guest house. Contact us if you are interested in setting up virtual tour via zoom or FaceTime due to covid reasons at first. If interested than we can set up an in person tour. The room is available immediately.
