ONE ROOMMATE WANTED in Hinsdale to share a large house. One Private room for rent is available with a shared bathroom. The house is located in a quiet Hinsdale neighborhood. The room is located on the main floor and is 120 sq ft with a large closet and four big windows. You will have a designated bathroom that is shared with one other roommate. Rent is $700 a month. Utilities are NOT included + $1000 Security Deposit. Currently occupied by three male housemates in their late twenties. All are welcome, but female Roommate is preferred. We are accepting of all people from different backgrounds. Common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared and already furnished.

Please NO pets or drugs, cigarette and 420 smokers are welcome to smoke outside. We are looking for an individual who is respectful and cooperative in maintaining a harmonious household. Other expectations include:

+Must be willing to clean up after after themselves and keep common areas tidy (kitchen, bathroom, living room etc) +Must have gainful employment for more than 6 months AND is able to provide rent and utilities payment monthly. +Must be willing to openly communicate, accept feedback, and get along respectfully with others roommates +Preferably a full-time worker or a full-time student with an early morning schedule. +Must be willing to provide a credit score and/or background check prior to signing a 12-month lease.

Must be able to ZELLE or pay cash in person for Security Deposit ($1000) AND first month’s rent ($700) BEFORE moving in. Move in date: May 1st 2023.
