We are currently 2 individuals that are room mates. We are moving abroad for 6 months or possibly longer.

None of us will be here.

I am a happy go lucky woman in my late 40s.
We don't want to break our lease so we are looking to find one person or possibly a family or 2 or 3 people that want to be room mates that can take the place.
We only put here the exact rent. We did not factor the value of the furniture that we are leaving in here for your use into the cost of your rent.

This Town house apt is tastefully furnished but we are not asking for anything for any of the furniture. we are living everything in place for you.

About the space:
My roomie and are moving abroad, so I am looking for one person for the entire apartment or 2 roommates to move into my furnished 2 bdrm 2bth apartment while I away. I will be away for up to 6 months and possibly longer.
About the Apartment:
Its a townhouse: Two rooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom, huge walk in closet, additional storage and cabinets in the bathroom and in the rooms , queens bed, bedside lamps.
Room 1: it is en-suite, has both shower and tub, the tub is huge sized. Remote adjustable bed so you can adjust bed to your comfort, bedside cabinets with lamps tv and more storage cabinet, work area by the window with table chair, printer, table lamp.
Room: 2 has Queen bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, additional shelves for storage, Tv, works table station/chair set up by the corner. Spacious Walking in close.
Kitchen, dining and living room downstairs. Guest rest room downstairs. Pots and pan in the Kitchen.

Living Room: tastefully furnished, flat tv, candles, flower decor, paintings, two couches, throw pillow, high table and bar stools in the dining area. Kitchen island tastefully decorated to where you can bring the food from the stop to the island has been set up for 4 to eat. place holder, napkins etc.

Apartment Complex Amenities: Designated parking spot by the apartment, huge multi level garage, Swimming pool overlooking the city on the 8th floor, State of the Art gym over looking the city on the 8th floor, tastefully furnished bar and waiting area, very interactive office staff, valet trash pick up.
The Location is everything! You are surrounded by restaurants, spa, Imax movie theatre, shopping, orange theory, Pilates studio and so on. This is a super nice area and apartment complex.
