Available Room for Rent
1 Bedroom Apartment w/ Den
Den w/ closet for rent in a 1 bedroom w/ den apartment w/ a common area/ living room. You will need to fill out a roommate application + background check w/ the leasing office of the apartment and be added to the current lease as a roommate. You are free to furnish your space + ok if you would like to add furnishings to the common area/ living room. Rent is 710.00 a month plus half the utilities including internet. Wifi password for the apartment will be given.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the PG plaza mall and the PG plaza metro station. If you have a small, well-behaved pet (cat, small dog under 20 lbs.) we can discuss having him here- you would be responsible for the pet fee and cleaning up after them.
We will share the kitchen and the bathroom, you are responsible for you own groceries.
If you have a car there is parking; you would be responsible for the parking fee.
There is a laundry room on site in the building, you just need to purchase a refillable laundry card.
You can have your mail delivered here, or get a P.O box i you choose too. For Amazon/Ebay packages, I would recommend a P.O box or getting those shipped to your wok/office as my current/ past roommate have had trouble with Porch Pirates.
