Spacious Room for Rent in a 2 Bedroom Apt.
Hello! I'm looking to fill a room in my two bedroom apartment, females only. It's located in a great building with a doorman, elevator, and laundry in the building. The apartment is very spacious and fully furnished (minus the bedroom). The room for rent can fit a queen, desk, dresser, and more. The room also has an ac unit in the window and faces away from the street so it's very quiet.
I'm 30 years old and currently in law school so I'm looking for a mellow and clean roommate to live with! Preferably someone in their late 20's, early 30's. I have a dog that is very sweet and well behaved (and doesn't shed).
The room is available on September 1 or anytime in August. Rent is $1775 with an $1887 deposit. Let me know if you have any questions! I also have a video of the apartment I can send over
