Half a block from the 1 train and three blocks from the A, B, C, and D trains, it’s very well positioned for NYC transit, and part of a vibrant neighboorhood. 10–20 minutes to Columbia University, Columbia Medical Center, Manhattan School of Music and City College. The well-kept apartment (fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room) is shared with quiet and considerate 2 roommates who work professionally. The room is available immediately. And the price is $1050. Price is inclusive of utilities (water, Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, A/C, etc.). The room has one large window and a big closet. Laundry is always accessible in the basement. No pets allowed. Friendly, considerate one female and one male looking for a clean, quiet and mature housemate that doesn’t do drugs and keeps social activities out of the apartment.
