I am looking for one roommate to fill a vacant room in a house near UH main campus. Rent is $450 per month not including utilities(generally about $60). Internet is already paid for. I would strongly prefer graduate students or undergraduates so if you are a student please mention it in any inquiry.

There is a washer and dryer unit in the house. The water heater and the A/C system are brand new.

The room for rent has a shared bathroom with a fairly spacious shower.

Two students live in the house currently. They are both incredibly quiet and keep to themselves. There is no smoking, drugs, or partying allowed as this is STRICTLY a house used by students who want to study. Of course, you may have guests over, however you must be courteous to the other people living there, as I know that they will be to you.
