Hello! I am a single homeowner that is looking for a more permanent roommate. I have a fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed that I have rented out to traveling healthcare professionals since 2020. I have had around 8 tenants using the short term lease and everyone has given 5 stars to living here. I am a pretty chill roommate that does prefer a clean environment, but I understand when life gets crazy and sometimes you just have to leave a dish behind. I have a dog and two cats that are amazing! Every tenant has loved these animals as their own. They don’t bark, they are not obnoxious, and they will give you all the love and attention without having to worry about caring for the animals. I work most days in the evenings and during the day may work remotely or like to chill at home. Don’t party or host many get togethers at my place. Prefer no smoker, female, and someone that is responsible and chill.

Cozy quiet room in home in Kyle!
1BR/1 BA available. You do have access to the entire home (minus the master bedroom) Home comes with a Ring security system and Yale locking system so you don't have to worry about forgetting your keys. Your room and private bath are located on the opposite side of the home where you may have complete peace and quiet if you'd like, or come out to the open living room, kitchen area to hang out. Walk in closet provides plenty of space for your items. Home comes with a large back yard. Neighborhood includes pool access and is very quiet, yet close to the freeway.
Home includes a washer and dryer, area for storage in the attic, amenities included in the rent, washer and dryer, large fridge, pantry, and use of all the kitchen utensils if needed. Small grill located in large backyard as well. Owner is a 34 y/o healthcare professional with two very awesome cats and a dog. The cats are very friendly, but do keep to themselves. My dog loves people. Other pets may be considered if they get along well with cats. I do not host parties, go out too often, and lead a fairly quiet, active lifestyle outdoors as much as possible. Have rented to quite a few tenants all giving 5 star reviews on their short term lease stay. Come make this your home! I look forward to meeting you!
