Master Bedroom - Private Full Bath + Walk-In Closet
Hello,
I’m looking to rent the master suite in my apartment. It’s located in Cedar Park off of Lakeline and is in a great central location to get around Austin. The apartment is a 1200 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath.
The room is 13.5 x 12 and 16.5 x 12 including entryway. You will have your own private bathroom with a tub and shower and my guests would only use mine. It also has a large walk in closet. There is a sizable patio and storage shed.
Both bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment. There is ample storage space and you’d have full access to the entirety of the apartment with the exception of my bedroom.
The apartment has quite a lot of living space and a good sized dining room. It’s not fully furnished yet and I’m open to a roommate contributing to it should they choose. (Not required of course)
Some background on me, I’m a mid 20s male with two jobs and work about 70 hours a week. Looking for someone similar in age, gender doesn’t matter.
I don’t drink or smoke and occasionally have friends over. I don’t mind if you have guests but not an every day thing. I have a garage that will be separate from the rent that is used to store a car and some belongings.
I’m asking $1100 + half of utilities for the master bedroom. The apartment is a very nice complex with ample amenities, a pool, volleyball court, gym. You will have access to all of that and have your own key fob. Parking would be any open spot.
