I'm a CSULB graduate working full time as a plumbing engineer. I'm pretty easy going and make an effort to have open, respectful communication with my roommates. Between my job, and side work I stay quite busy. I don't frequently have friends over, but my girlfriend comes over sometimes. I don't monopolize the common areas with guests and make an effort to give my roommates time to themselves in the condo and just generally try to be respectful of our shared space. I cook sometimes but always make sure to clean up after myself in common areas. Bills are always paid on time without exception. I like to hike, explore Los Angeles, go to concerts and go camping whenever I can.
I'm looking for a dependable roommate who is financially stable, pays bills on time, cleans up after themselves in the common areas, who is easy going and communicates well.

$1300 Rent + $125 flat rate for utilities, including: High speed internet, cable (Which includes Paramount plus, Disney plus, MAX, Hulu and ESPN streaming), gas, electricity, water, sewer, and garbage).

Common areas of the condo are furnished. Hall closet and hall cabinets come with the room for extra storage. I can make up to 50% of the space in the pantry available depending on your needs.
Assigned tandem parking near the condo.
Close to Trader Joe's, Sprouts and Fox Hills Mall. Walking distance to Ralph's grocery. Short bike ride to downtown Culver City and the farmer's market. A short distance from the metro expo (light blue) rail line (which goes to Santa Monica and downtown L.A.) Short distance from Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area and Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook (great places to go for a hike or just to relax). Short walk to Ballona Creek bike trail (that goes all the way to the beach) and the public library. Short distance to both the 10 and 405 freeways. Right next to West Los Angeles College, a short distance from Santa Monica College, UCLA and USC.

Laundry room, mailboxes, pool, jacuzzi, and gym are all close to the unit, but not so close that there are any noise issues in the condo, which is nice and convenient.
There's an app for the laundry room that allows you to see how many washers and dryers are currently available in each of the three laundry rooms. It also lets you know how much time is left on your washer and dryer or when your laundry is finished so you know exactly when to go down.
Bike locks anchored to the concrete in the parking garage just in front of the parking spots where you are welcome to lock your bike up securely.
Brand new carpet and carpet padding in the room.
Brand new rain shower head with a sprayer in the bathtub/shower.
