Roommate wanted in duplex apartment. You would have the entire bottom floor to yourself, including 2 bedrooms, a half bathroom and large living room space (couch, coffee table, tv console and book shelf included). Small backyard is accessible from both floors. Wi-fi, gas/electric and heating/AC are included.

I'm 30 and work from home as a visual designer / software developer. My girlfriend is 26 and works from home as a Marketing Coordinator. We're very easygoing and make art in our spare time. Both fully vaccinated and boosted. Laundry is across the street and we live right next to a beautiful park. We have 2 friendly cats but ask that no additional pets be brought into the house. 1st month (1700) and security deposit (1700) due on move-in.
