Hello! I am a new home owner and future landlord looking for a clean and friendly tenant / roommate in Philadelphia! I have a cat named Mold who is mostly outdoors. I am clean myself (especially in shared spaces) and like to hang out but mostly keep to myself (I will typically be at the house 4 days a week).
I have lived in Philly for years and decided to buy my first home here - I am set to close by July 19th so August is ideal for a lease start date (prefer a 1 year or 9 month fixed lease).
I am a bisexual woman and would prefer to live with a woman or other queer individual.
I am an artist, bartender (free cocktails anyone?), and business owner.
I am a no fuss, not strict landlord and want you to feel comfortable and welcome here.

New Landlord looking for a Roommate in Philly!
The property is located in Port Richmond - a historically residential Polish community - and is in close proximity to bustling Fishtown, I-95, Graffiti Pier, the Italian Market, Center City, and more! There are lots of parks in the area as well.
The property is 2 bed, 1 bath - and there is extra storage in the basement for no additional fee. Parking is on the street, but it is all free and mostly not time restricted.
There are many new appliances going into the property including: new AC units, new washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and microwave.
The property will be professionally cleaned before you move in and will be equipped with Ring Security.
The water bill is covered by me and the rest of the utilities would be shared. I have some furnishings for the living room (couch and dining table set) but feel free to bring whatever else you need / want!
