I'm very active and outdoorsy, and I'm happiest outside in the sun with my (2) dogs on my free time. I work a lot on a hybrid schedule (half in office and half from home) and am looking for a roommate to help pay for household expenses. I have (2) dogs and (1) cat, and they are all well behaved and friendly, and will respect your personal space as needed. Room is fully furnished with big closet and a private bath. The communal spaces are also furnished. Rent includes all utilities. Washer and dryer are on the property. The townhouse is 1 mile from downtown Lilburn and 15 miles from downtown Atlanta. There are plenty of entertainment options between both.
