I am looking for a roommate to stay in my own bedroom (using my furniture). My original roommate will be staying in his own bedroom (he’s a super nice and clean person!). I will sleep in the living room but the living room will look normal during the daytime. There will be no signs of someone sleeping/living in the living room as I myself wouldn’t want that.

The apartment and the room is very spacious compared to NYC standards.
