Hello, my name is Ed and I have an apartment in Park Slope with 2 rooms becoming available in April. It is my one roommate and myself living in a two story, four bedroom apartment. We are a couple guys who like to keep things tidy and have a fun and relaxing place to call home. We both play instruments and love music, but will be accomadating if we are too loud or anything. We are pretty easy going people and we just ask that everyone is respectful to each other and of everyone's space.
FYI: We would be more than happy to have a couple or one person rent the entire second floor. Also if you know someone else who'd like to move in that works for us!

2 rooms available for $1225 each on second floor of a large two floor apartment. Rooms have access to a balcony and bathroom. Terrace exclusive to tenants of our apartment is also accessible on the second floor. Room dimensions included in photos. Smallest room has access to a large external closet.
Current roommates are two 27 year old men seeking roommates in similar age range to take one room for $1225 or both for $2450.
Common area is already furnished with large sectional and TV. Kitchen has all necessities and appliances, including 6 seat dinning table with bench and leaf. We have two roommates moving out so decorations and furniture in common area may change slightly.
