Hello! I just moved to NYC from Texas for work with my three precious kitties. I have a sublease in the UES through the end of July so I am seeking something more permanent to begin in mid July. My cats being comfortable and having space is the most important thing to me (but do not feel like you have to let them in your private room).
I work hybrid in Midtown East (in the office 1-2 times per week). I am also not a big partier - more into exploring the city in the day, maybe a nice dinner/drinks and then getting my beauty rest. I am into walks, exercise, movies, and trying every coffee/ice cream shop within walking distance.
Ideally I'd like to find someone to search for an apartment with for a lease. I am open to most of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens (LIC or Astoria) and Jersey City. Also, I have everything needed to furnish the living room and kitchen!
