Hey, I'm Steven! Originally from Minneapolis, but I've lived in NYC for the past 3 years.
My current roommate of the past 2 years is moving in with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for someone to either take his room in our East Village apartment (13th and 2nd next to L and Union Square, ~$2.2K for room) or make a move to somewhere in BK (Wburg, Greenpoint, preferably). If you are down for BK, I would be targeting something a bit more modern and spacious (2 br, 2 ba), with maybe a shared roof or patio (I'm seeing plenty of options between $4.2K-$5K).
A little bit about me, I currently work at a tech startup (hybrid) and I'm usually pretty busy M-TH, so I won't be around as much. I would say I'm very clean, easy-going, and low maintenance and happy to connect you with prior roommates for a reference check. I like to stay active via sports / gym / classes, try new restaurants, go to shows, but I also enjoy staying in to cook and watch a movie 1-2x a week.
I would be looking for someone who similarly is pretty out and about vs someone who is more of a homebody just so there are natural boundaries within the shared space.

Age | 28 |
Occupation | Chief Of Staff |

We think Steven’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…
