Bedroom includes large closet, private bath, and parking space in the building garage. Shared living room and kitchen are well furnished. Building has washer/dryer on each floor.
I have a small dog who is very friendly. I'm an easy going 30 yr. old and work normal hours on weekdays. There are no other tenants besides me and my current roommate who's moving out.
This is a 3 bedroom apartment, but the third room is used for an office.
I'm available to show the apartment any weekday after 4 pm and most times on weekends.
