About Me

My name is Jonathan Sherman, and I’m a 32-year-old single male looking for a 12-month sublet for a single room in Manhattan or Queens in the range of $1,200 - $1,500/month for a February 1, 2024 move-in. I found your listing and am interested in taking a tour.

I currently work as an IT manager for the US offices of the World Economic Forum in Midtown East by day and run a record label/DJ career at night. I relocated from Washington, DC at the beginning of the year, where I got my BA from American University and my MS from Georgetown University. I'm an avid soccer player, Toastmaster, pianist, guitarist, and current events enthusiast on my spear time. I don’t spend much time in my apartment and often keep to myself playing music or producing records with headphones. I like to keep my section of the apartment clean and organized as much as possible. For furniture, I am simply bringing a futon, small wooden desk, lamp, air purifier, clothing, book shelf, and a record player. The remaining items will be boxed to include clothing, luggage, sports equipment, and musical equipment.

I’m easygoing and like to cook a range of meals from Spanish to Indian for friends and roommates when possible. Learn more about me by visiting www.jonathanrsheman.com. If you have a room available or are interested in getting one together, please email Jonathan.r.sherman@gmail.com or text (no calls) +13013352794. Look forward to hearing from you!
