We are looking for one roommate to renew the lease. The room is very large: it can easily accommodate a queen size + desk and has an amazing view of the upper east side with floor to ceiling windows. Great location 1 min away from Trader Joe (Lenox Hill). The building has wonderful amenities, including doorman, pool, sauna, and gym. Available from September 1.
All the roommates are respectful of everyone’s personal spaces and common areas. We want to create a friendly environment and hang out together.
