I’m a 27 year old medical professional who works mon-fri 7-3:30. I’m very laid back and like a peaceful home. I love my cats, traveling, exploring new restaurants, working out, and cooking! I mostly keep to myself but would love to get dinner or workout together. Looking for someone similar who cleans up after themselves and is drama free. Liking cats is a must, as I have two black cats, Beans is 6 yrs old and Shrimp is 5 months old. Unfortunately no dogs right now but would possibly be open to another cat. I prefer no plants that are unsafe for cats. I absolutely love the space and Wi-Fi is great.

Property has easy access to highway 36. Clubhouse has a heated pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center and recreation room with pool tables. The maintenance is amazing. Apartment is on the top floor with 12 foot ceilings in the living room. 20 minutes to Boulder and 25 minutes to Denver. You would have the 2nd bedroom with private bathroom. Unit has a washer and dryer and central heating and AC as well.
