We believe in good communication between roommates when it comes to concerns or preferences and work hard to maintain a regular cleaning schedule from month to month. Approximately 2500 square feet, 2 floor penthouse in Valley Village on Magnolia Blvd. Quiet building with a great building manager who responds to maintenance requests promptly.
Very close to Ralphs, Whole Foods, Studio City Library, restaurants, and entrances to 101/170 freeway.
Access to pool, sauna (currently closed due to Covid), and laundry on every floor. Call box outside for entry.
Parking garage with remote entry.
Large kitchen with all cookware, utensils, dinnerware to share.
Extra large living room fully furnished.

You will be living with 2 male 1 female and 2 cats
The cats stay in the bedroom so you will have little contact with them although they do adventure to the shared spaces daily
We are all in the entertainment/arts industry (writer/editor/etc)
We keep our shared spaces clean
Monthly rotating cleaning schedule and bi-monthly rotating bathroom cleaning schedule
Financials:
Month to month lease but ideally at least a year
$900/month rent
$850 deposit and $35 key and remote deposit

Not allergic to cats.
Doesn’t smoke indoors, we have a patio you can use but needs to be kept clean
420 friendly but not indoors
Can wash dishes after use or placed in dishwasher
Will clean up after themselves without being prompted
Will take out trash when it is full
COVID:
We take social distancing and testing very seriously. We clean and sanitize shared spaces constantly and will be asking you to take a Covid test prior to moving in
Move in date 10/1/2020 but can be available asap for a prorated rate
