I am seeking a roommate to rent a furnished bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 900sqft condo in Mission Valley. Available for move-in March 26 - April 1st. Perfect for an international or SDSU student! This awesome unit is centrally located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped complex that provides two pools and two spas. The green landscaping, plus the location right alongside the river makes this one of the most green and tree-lined places you'll find in San Diego. A gate allows us entrance directly onto the path alongside the river for biking and walking. Walk to any of the three green line trolley stations nearby (Hazard, Mission Valley, Rio Vista) to get to class or downtown (SDSU and downtown both 15 minute rides). The unit is ground floor and opens up to a back patio and view of the San Diego river. Your room is next to the hall bathroom and comfortably furnished with a twin bed, desk & chair, sofa-bed, wall and floor shelving and fan included. I can also supply sheets, towels and blankets if needed. Guests are ok from time to time. I have rented previously to international students from Sweden and Japan and their mom/brother/boyfriend came to visit for a week or so which was great.

Roommate dynamics: I am a 40-year old woman employed in the field of social work and am Covid vaccinated. My boyfriend is constantly traveling for work, often on the East Coast and is here less than half the year, so it is usually just me. I do also dog-sit my former roommate's dogs from time to time so you must be dog friendly. I am looking for the regular things, someone who is clean, friendly and quiet during work/school night evenings. It is also important to me to keep an eco-friendly, clutter-free household, and I have socially liberal values, so I would probably get along best with someone like-minded. No smoking or 420 in the home.
