The unit is a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit, currently with two occupants (one male, one female, both over the age of 40). The new roommate would receive the medium sized room (top right corner of the floor plan - see attached images), full access to the kitchen, living room, book and dvd library, exterior patio and IN UNIT laundry machines! Central heating and air is included. The kitchen and living room boasts vaulted ceilings for a roomier feel. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate only, but that roommate is rarely ever around (he works a lot). The room has new wall to wall carpet, hardwood floor everywhere else. Large picture window overlooks a quaint park, with two other small windows to allow afternoon sunlight.
We are looking for someone with a full time job with a history no less than one year, no drugs, no prior felonies, no additional pets (we currently have cats) and no parties. We live a quiet life and are essentially the perfect roommates - if you're looking for a peaceful place, this is it.
The apartment complex has a large parking area, so it's not actually street parking but it's not covered parking. Covered parking is available for an additional charge each month through the leasing office. Currently there is a small waiting list for a carport. We do have a garage space with our lease, if you would like to store anything there or park your car in the garage it would be an additional charge each month to cover our cost. Full garage use (parking a vehicle) is $100 a month, minor storage would be $50 a month. However, the garage would not be available until next month.
$750 deposit, $750 a month.
Must make double the rent per month to qualify, proof may be provided with current pay stubs.
