Rent a private room in this quiet, lovely home, that is shared with a married couple who work in the entertainment industry. Looking for a young, professional, social roommate.
This home invites you to sit back and relax in SoCal comfort. Fully remodeled in 2020, the house is energy efficient, with brand new appliances at your disposal, including a dual shower head! The bedroom closet was also redone to combine space for hanging clothes, as well as shelves for all of your other belongings.
Keep fit with our large selection of free weights, resistance bands, loops and yoga mats. Then cool off in the saltwater lap pool and relax in the adjoining spa. Enjoy the warm weather in the outdoor pit couch and cook s'mores on the fire pit! Or fire up the grill and dine el fresco on the back patio.
And do it all while feeling safe behind the hedged gates, with motion sensing outdoor lights and automatic door locks.
