The house:
Built in 1925 in the Portola district of San Francisco, this two bedroom/one bathroom house has a fireplace, SOLAR electricity (PG&E is cheap) gas furnace/water heater, & gas stove. Your bedroom is a 10 x 10 with an average size closet and hardwood floors. There is a back yard, YES!! a back yard!!! There is also hook up for an EV to share.
Street parking for your car, if you have a motorcycle, you can have a space in the garage.
There are 3 major bus routes within 3 blocks, and two others about a 10 minute walk away 8X, 9, 44.
The 44 goes to the Muni T line on Third St heading east, and west goes to Mission St and Glen Park Bart.
Also there are the 23 and 24 buses a 10 minute walk away. There are nearby entrances for 101N, 101S,
280S, and 280N entrance is a bit further away. Despite the freeway's proximity, it is pretty quiet here.
There are plenty of stores, 2 supermarkets, and many restaurants nearby. The house is within walking distance of the Alemany Farmer's market, 3 banks and a Lowes.
There is a $25 credit check/background check fee for all applicants that are processed through the landlord's agent. A deposit of $1250 plus first and last month’s rent are required.
