27 year old who has been in Nashville for 3 years. I love to go find live music and enjoy a good weekend out but recently been just hanging out keeping it quiet for the most part. Love to go get food, check out Tennessee parks, pretty go with the flow and just need a cool roommate to split the rent with.

I am open to living with anybody as long as you're a decent person! The house is rather big with an upstairs and downstairs living room so if you like your own space, then this is a great spot for you!

I work during the week so typical nights involve just hanging out at the house cooking dinner and vegging out. Always down to go to concerts and anything else that may be happening in town.

Master Bedroom in the heart of East Nashville!!

I'm looking to rent out the master bedroom in East Nashville. Great house with new appliances, two living rooms, master room has nice walk in closet and private bathroom. Great neighborhood with parks and good food and plenty of music venues. 10 minutes to downtown and easy highway access. This house is INCREDIBLE, I have been here for 2 years now and it really is the best house I've seen on the market for rent. Open to living with anybody as long as you're a decent person!

I work during the day so I am not around much. There is an office if you need a space for working from home or can be turned into a creative space/studio. This house really is great anybody who ends up here will absolutely love it.
