Hello. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Hollywood, CA. Less than 2 blocks from Hollywood Blvd on a residential street. A 3 minute walk from the Highland Center, AMC, Bowling, Chinese Theatre, etc.
You will have your own bedroom, however, the bathroom is shared. Dont worry, Im a super clean person and I like things to be organized.
Ideal roommate is someone around my age (20-25), clean, easy going, and fun to hang out with. Im not saying we have to be “best friends” but if we’re going to be living together it might as well be with someone you enjoy spending time with.
I like photography, movies, netflix, the beach, and food. Im usually gone working in the day. Ideal person is someone with thkse same traits and preferably a male (no offense ladies).
